On March 2, 2012, Michelle Friedly and her teenage daughter, Jessica, huddled under pillows in their bathtub as a tornado ripped away the walls that surrounded them and the roof over their heads.

When the storm passed, they, like many citizens of Henryville, Indiana, were left with nothing but the clothes they were wearing.
