Sponsorship Opportunities


Below are the four levels of sponsorship your company can choose from. If you or your company is interested in sponsoring the 2008 Cover Indiana Bike Tour please email coverindiana@habitatindiana.org or call 765-447-8401 x 2404.

Gold Sponsor: $10,000 Cash Donation
As a Gold Sponsor, your company name/logo will be printed on:

  • The cyclists’ pledge forms
  • Registration Packets
  • Event T-Shirts
  • Website with appropriate link to your company
  • Event Posters and other collateral materials
  • Corporate Banner displayed during the final Celebration
  • Your Company logo prominently displayed on the Cover Indiana riding jersey.

Your company will also:

  • Be recognized during the day of the event and celebration
  • Be recognized on print advertisements**
  • Have the opportunity for tailored promotions in the local community
  • Be recognized as a Gold sponsor throughout the event

*In addition, we will modify benefits to meet your company’s
specific marketing goals.

Silver Sponsor: $5,000 Cash Donation
As a Silver Sponsor, your company name/logo will be printed on:

  • The cyclists’ pledge forms
  • Registration Packets
  • Event T-Shirts

Your company will also:

  • Be recognized during the day of the event and celebration
  • Be recognized on print advertisements**
  • Have the opportunity for tailored promotions in the local community
  • Be recognized as a Silver sponsor throughout the event

**Created after sponsorship is formed.

Bronze Sponsor: $2,500 Cash Donation
As a Bronze Sponsor, your company name/logo will be:

  • Displayed along each of the vehicles that follow the cyclists’ exact route, covering the state of Indiana
  • Local media coverage as a sponsor

Your company will also be:

  • Recognized during the day of the event and celebration
  • Recognized as a Bronze sponsor throughout the event

RIDER SPONSOR : $600 Cash Donation
As a Rider Sponsor, an individual or a company can sponsor one rider throughout the week. This sponsorship level is ideal if you have someone riding for your company or if you would simply like to make one rider's week a true blessing.
As a rider sponsor you will receive:

  • A personal thank you from a rider you helped support.
  • Recognition at the beginning of the ride as well as at the Celebration ceremony held in Downtown Indianapolis on the final day of the ride.
  • A Framed letter from the Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Indiana highlighting your involvement with the 2008 Cover Indiana Ride.
